Where approval assistance is included in the agreed scope, Marbella Prime may coordinate or assist with the relevant process.
Approval requirements depend on the property, project type, location, building management and applicable regulations.
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable requests for documents or approvals.

10. Materials and Finishes
Materials, products, fixtures, fittings and finishes will be selected according to the agreed project scope.
